Natalie Levy, Esq., CEO and Managing Attorney, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. Ms. Levy has spent her career in Delaware corporations and top Philadelphia law firms, focusing on a wide realm of trademark prosecution and litigation issues in the United States and abroad. Prior to forming the National Trademark Center, Ms. Levy was an associate with National IP Rights Center where she worked closely with top US trademark filer Scott Fields Esq. In her career, Ms. Levy has conducted thousands of trademark searches, drafted hundreds of legal opinions, and has successfully prosecuted those applications through to registration. She has successfully petitioned the Commissioner of Trademarks to revive abandoned applications and expedite “special” trademark applications, and has successfully argued against substantive office actions based on descriptiveness and likelihood of confusion. Ms. Levy is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the International Trademark Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Laurence Singer, Esq., Head of Litigation, is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, and has offices in Washington, D.C.
An attorney and entrepreneur, Mr. Singer has counseled and advised clients in legal matters, business operations and strategic planning. Receiving a law degree from The Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Singer specializes in entertainment, media, commercial, non-profit, information technology, and corporate law, and intellectual property. He also serves as a business consultant, preparing business plans and advising companies on business development and operational strategies, and has represented American companies seeking joint ventures and strategic alliances around the world.
Mr. Singer has a wide range of experience in all aspects of corporate law, and has negotiated and drafted agreements in a wide range of fields, including entertainment, media, telecommunications, real estate, employment, corporate, and information technology. He has represented clients before the United States District Court, before the United States Court of Appeals, and in petitioning the United States Congress for special legislation.
Regarding Mr. Singer’s expertise in Intellectual Property, he has represented many clients in copyright and trademark matters, and has handled filing and overseeing of trademark and copyright applications, responding to inquiries from the Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress, filing pleadings with Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, pursuing infringements of his client’s intellectual property rights, negotiating and drafting license and assignment agreements that encompass intellectual property rights, and representing clients before the National Arbitration Forum to obtain the transfer of domain names that infringe on registered trademarks. Among other experience in this area, Mr. Singer filed a copyright infringement lawsuit in 2005 against DreamWorks and Warner Entertainment in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The case was settled last year.

Rena Slann, Lead Paralegal, is has a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Haifa University. Rena has several years of experience prosecuting patent and trademark applications in with the US Patent and Trademark Office, The Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market, the European Patent Organization, and the UK Intellectual Property Office.
Jennifer Oshinsky, Office Administrator, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University where she specialized in Microbiology. Ms. Oshinsky is in charge of the day to day operations of the firm, the developments of the trademarks themselves, and all other administrative issues.
Elana Lee is the newest addition to the National Trademark Center. Elana is a university student concentrating on science, with an emphasis in dentistry. She graduated high school with honors and has experience in marketing and office administration.
